    Position Summary


    We’re seeking a reliable and motivated Dietary Aide to join our kitchen team. This role is vital to creating a welcoming, healthy environment for our patients and staff. You’ll help prepare meals, maintain a clean and safe kitchen, and support the daily operations of the dietary department.


    Key Responsibilities


    • Prepare attractive, nutritious, and appetizing meals.
    • Assist with dishwashing, cleanup, and putting away food after service.
    • Label, date, and store foods properly.
    • Bake and set up salad bar.
    • Sweep, mop, and sanitize kitchen, dining, storage areas, and equipment.
    • Follow cleaning schedules and complete assigned tasks.
    • Stock deliveries of food and supplies.
    • Read and understand recipes.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Dietary Supervisor.

    Requirements


    Organizational:


    CPR certification (must obtain and maintain).


    Food Safe certification preferred (must maintain if held).


    Attend required in-services and workshops.


    Previous experience preparing meals on a large scale preferred.


    Must be free from chemical/gambling use problems for at least one year.


    Physical:


    Lift up to 30 lbs; push/pull up to 50 lbs.


    Stand and walk up to 90% of the time.


    Sit up to 10% of the time.


    Must be able to see, hear, speak, and understand English.


    Some stooping, bending, reaching, and kneeling required.

    Project Turnabout is seeking a full-time RN to work on our Medical Services Unit. This is a 15 bed acute detox unit. This is a fast-paced rewarding career. Current openings include day shift and evening shift.


    RN OVERNIGHT Charge (72 hours per pay period. Mix of 8 hour & 12 hour shifts). Rotating Weekend. Rotating Holidays.

  • Human Service Technician

    Project Turnabout is currently seeking a Human Service Technician.


    The HST is responsible for completing a shift report of unusual incidents, behaviors and circumstances for each patient to keep counseling staff informed, entering orientation and behavior notes into patient’s electronic medical record and making regular rounds of the unit. This person will also assist the Unit Coordinator as needed.

    Must be at least 18 years old;

  • LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) PM Shifts

    Project Turnabout has an opening for a FT LPN (float) in our Medical Service Unit in Granite Falls, MN. The Medical Service Unit has 15 detox beds, however, nurses in this role also provide medical services for the adjoining chemical dependency and gambling treatment units.


    Responsibilities and Duties


    - Responsible for nursing functions related to the treatment programs at Project Turnabout


    - Assist the patients to maintain and improve their physical status


    - Prepare and maintain the health records of patients


    - Maintains and adheres to established infection control/employee health program


    - Correspond with Doctors, Physician's Assistants, and any other health care professionals regularly


    - Dispense medication as ordered


    -Work every 3rd weekend when orientation completed.


    Qualifications and Skills


    - Must be currently licensed by the Minnesota Board of Nursing


    - All nurse applicants must be able to document two years of freedom from alcohol, drugs, and gambling problems


    - Must be able to walk and stand 75% of the time on the job

    Project Turnabout is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented housekeeper to help keep our facility clean, orderly, and welcoming. You’ll play a key role in maintaining a neat and odor-free environment for our staff, clients, and visitors.


    30 hours/week with the potential to pick up additional hours.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Clean assigned areas of the facility to a high standard.

    Keep rooms and common spaces tidy and organized.

    Work as part of a team to maintain a clean and pleasant atmosphere.


    Requirements:

    Must be 18 years or older.

    Ability to operate housekeeping equipment (vacuums, floor machines, etc.).

    Basic knowledge of cleaning products and their proper use.

    Must be free of substance or gambling issues for at least one year.

    Valid MN driver’s license.

    Attend required training and workshops.


    Physical Requirements:

    Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

    Able to walk or stand for most of the shift.

  • Treatment Coordinator (Marshall)

    Project Turnabout in Marshall, MN is seeking a full-time Treatment Coordinator to join our team! Qualified applications must have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Sociology or another Human Services field.


    Primary duties include:

    Assist LADCs with coordination of aftercare; to assess for bed availability and/or IOP availability

    Facilitation of referrals to substance use disorder services as indicated by a patient medical provider, comprehensive assessment, or treatment plan.

    Assistance with referrals to economic assistance, social services, housing resources, and prenatal care according to the patients’ needs.


    Position Qualifications:

    The applicant for this position must be 18 years of age or older; must meet Minnesota Department of Human services criminal background study approval. Applicant must be able to document at least two years of freedom from chemical/gambling use problems.
