  • Director of Clinical Services

    Project Turnabout is seeking a Director of Clinical Services for our Granite Falls, MN site. This person oversees the delivery of clinical services in a Co-Occurring setting and acts as a Treatment Director for the Granite site.


    Key responsibilities include:


    · Operate as a Senior Clinical Director participating in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the Strategic Operating Plan.

    · Manage/oversee the delivery of Clinical Residential Services within the standards of practice delineated in Project Turnabout’s policies and procedures.

    · Identify, develop, and implement quality improvement processes that impact programming within licensing and accreditation requirements.

    · Implementation of Project Turnabout initiatives, policies, procedures, and plans pertaining to Granite Falls Residential Units as designed in the Strategic Operating Plan within Project Turnabout parameters, CARF accreditation, and State Licensing through DHS and MDH.

    · Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of leaders to ensure that the program and patient goals are being met.

    · Attend designated leadership meetings per the Executive Director.

    · Participate in conflict resolution initiatives with patients and staff.

    · Oversee the programs at our Granite Falls campus - High Intensity Residential.


    Position requirements:


    · Required: LADC with 3-5 year of counseling experience.

    · Preferred: Masters level counselor with 3 years counseling experience.

    · Must meet MN Dept. of Human Services criminal background study approval.

    · 2 years freedom from chemical and gambling use problems.

  • Huma Service Technician Supervisor

    We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Service Technician Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of Human Service Technicians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients in need. As a supervisor, you will play a crucial role in guiding, supporting, and developing the skills of the technicians under your leadership.


    Responsibilities:


    • Oversee scheduling, workload distribution, and resource allocation for the Human Service Technician team.

    • Complete annual employee reviews and performance exams.

    • Is responsible for developing monthly staffing schedule to ensure coverage of units, utilizing FT, PT, and PRN staff minimizing OT.

    • Is responsible for working with HR in interviewing, on-boarding, continuing training of staff, periodic meetings with staff, and holding staff accountable to work duties.

    • Is responsible for all review processes (monthly check-ins, annual reviews, payroll, and possible disciplinary actions).

    • Monitor and assess the quality of services provided by Human Service Technicians.

    • Will be trained in health and safety issues, working with patients, evacuation procedures and must have a working knowledge of all the rules for each service unit—primary, extended, women’s and Vanguard.


    Qualifications:


    • Experience in a supervisory role within human services or a similar field.

    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.

    • Must possess excellent communication skills

    • Must have an understanding of the 12-step program


  • Registered Nurse (Overnight Charge)

    Project Turnabout is seeking a full-time RN to work on our Medical Services Unit. This is a 15 bed acute detox unit. This is a fast-paced rewarding career. Current openings include day shift and evening shift.


    RN OVERNIGHT Charge (72 hours per pay period. Mix of 8 hour & 12 hour shifts). Rotating Weekend. Rotating Holidays.

    Project Turnabout is currently seeking a Human Service Technician.


    The HST is responsible for completing a shift report of unusual incidents, behaviors and circumstances for each patient to keep counseling staff informed, entering orientation and behavior notes into patient’s electronic medical record and making regular rounds of the unit. This person will also assist the Unit Coordinator as needed.

  • LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) PM Shifts

    Project Turnabout has an opening for a FT LPN (float) in our Medical Service Unit in Granite Falls, MN. The Medical Service Unit has 15 detox beds, however, nurses in this role also provide medical services for the adjoining chemical dependency and gambling treatment units.


    Responsibilities and Duties


    - Responsible for nursing functions related to the treatment programs at Project Turnabout


    - Assist the patients to maintain and improve their physical status


    - Prepare and maintain the health records of patients


    - Maintains and adheres to established infection control/employee health program


    - Correspond with Doctors, Physician's Assistants, and any other health care professionals regularly


    - Dispense medication as ordered


    -Work every 3rd weekend when orientation completed.


    Qualifications and Skills


    - Must be currently licensed by the Minnesota Board of Nursing


    - All nurse applicants must be able to document two years of freedom from alcohol, drugs, and gambling problems


    - Must be able to walk and stand 75% of the time on the job
