Men's Transitional Living
This is where recovery gets real.
When treatment ends, the next step begins.
Project Turnabout's Marshall Program is a "step-down" residential treatment facility for men (18+) who have completed primary addiction treatment and are ready to move into a new way of life. This is where recovery becomes part of everyday living.
We provide a safe, apartment-style home where you can rebuild your life while returning to work, school, and the community.
At Marshall, you do not just live here. You grow here.
Who is this program designed for?
This program is appropriate for men who:
- Have completed a primary addiction treatment program
- Need continued structure and accountability
- Are transitioning back into employment or school
- Benefit from community-based recovery support
- Are referred by a provider, probation officer, or care team
About our Marshall Program
Structured support. Real accountability. Daily progress.
Marshall Transitional Living is a licensed residential treatment program designed to help men strengthen recovery while rebuilding everyday life. This is not independent housing. It is a clinically managed environment where structure continues and progress is protected.

Clinical Support That Continues the Work
Residents stay connected to licensed professionals through individual counseling and group therapy, where they build coping skills, address triggers, strengthen decision-making, and remain accountable as recovery continues in a structured, clinically managed setting with participation integrated into each personalized treatment plan.

Daily Structure That Builds Stability
Each day follows a structured schedule that builds consistency and responsibility through educational and recovery-focused programming, helping men strengthen life skills, manage emotions, and rebuild healthy routines in a supportive residential setting where structure creates stability.

Community and Long-Term Recovery
Through spirituality groups, family involvement, and 12-Step support meetings, men build connection, repair trust, and strengthen accountability while developing a lasting support system that carries recovery into everyday life beyond their time in Marshall.
