About Project Turnabout

Project Turnabout is a high-intensity, co-occurring substance use disorder facility with locations in Granite Falls, Willmar, and beyond. • Developing strong therapeutic alliances with clients
  • Creating individualized treatment plans and monitoring progress
  • Making appropriate referrals to physicians, medication management, and community resources
  • Providing psychoeducation and counseling that fosters understanding, healing, and behavioral change

What We’re Looking For

  • Active LADC license in Minnesota (required)
  • Experience working with individuals with substance use and/or mental health conditions
  • Compassion, empathy, and strong listening skills
  • A commitment to both patient care and professional teamwork

Pay & Benefits

Salary: $45,786.56 – $55,140.81 annually

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with employer match + retirement plan
  • Paid time off & flexible scheduling
  • Health savings and flexible spending accounts
  • Life insurance & employee assistance program
  • Tuition reimbursement & professional development assistance
  • Relocation assistance (for those moving to join us)
  • Referral program for bringing great people to our team

Why Work at Project Turnabout?

Here, your expertise meets purpose. You’ll be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team that values collaboration, professional growth, and — most importantly — patient success. Every day you’ll have the chance to help people rediscover hope and reclaim their lives.
