One Steady Day Can Make a Meaningful Difference

Project Turnabout is seeking someone to work one consistent day per week in our small, on-site family daycare in Granite Falls.

This is a one-day-per-week position with some schedule flexibility. It is not full-time and is not intended to replace primary income. Because of that, this role is best suited for someone who is looking for meaningful involvement rather than a traditional career position.

Our daycare supports the children of counselors and staff who spend their days helping individuals struggling with substance use disorder. Recovery work requires focus, steadiness, and emotional presence. When staff know their children are safe and well cared for, they are able to give their full attention to the people they serve.

This is a family-style setting, not a large daycare center. The group is small and thrives on consistency and routines.

We are looking for someone with a genuine heart for service and the ability to provide steady, consistent care for young children. The right person will bring reliability, warmth, and a commitment to creating a stable environment for children. Experience in childcare, teaching, or caregiving is welcome, but dependability and character are most important.

One steady day a week can bring security to a child, peace of mind to a parent, and quiet strength to the work happening inside our treatment programs.
