• Contact & Identifying Information: name, postal address, email address, mobile phone number, alternate contact
• Program & Alumni Engagement Information: program participation, alumni interests, communication preferences
• Messaging & Interaction Data: mobile number, date/time of SMS opt-in, delivery logs, opt-outs (STOP), replies
• Website & Electronic Usage Information: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, cookies, timestamps

4. How We Collect Information

We collect information through our website forms, digital or paper consent forms, SMS opt-ins, and other alumni interactions. We may also collect information from alternate contacts you provide or publicly available sources, when appropriate.

• To communicate with alumni, provide updates, event invitations, and recovery resources
