At Project Turnabout in Marshall, Human Services Technicians help men who are starting their recovery from substance use. Our residential treatment program gives people a safe place and a daily routine so they can begin rebuilding their lives.


This role helps keep that environment safe, calm, and supportive. The right person for this job is dependable, respectful, and able to set healthy boundaries.



This position can be a great fit for people who are in recovery themselves or for anyone who wants to help others move forward in recovery.



Schedule and Pay

This is a part-time job (20–30 hours per week).

Pay $18.12 per hour. Overnight shifts pay a $1.50 shift differential.


Project Turnabout is open 24 hours a day, so staff work rotating shifts:

  • 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
  • 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM


Staff must be able to work all shifts. The schedule changes from week to week.



What You'll Do

  • Help create a safe place where residents can focus on recovery
  • Support residents during meals, groups, and daily activities
  • Watch for problems and share updates with counselors and nurses
  • Write short notes about what happens during your shift
  • Help keep the building clean and organized
