Now Hiring: Part-Time Family Daycare Provider

Project Turnabout is seeking a reliable individual to join our on-site family daycare in Granite Falls.

This is a part-time position, primarily one consistent day per week, with the potential for additional hours over time. We are looking for someone dependable who enjoys working with children and is looking for a part-time opportunity.

Our daycare operates as a family-style setting. That means a smaller group of children, a more personal environment, and close relationships with families. It is not a large childcare center. It is a calm, structured space designed to support parents working to support people in recovery.

The children in our daycare are the sons and daughters of staff who spend their days helping individuals struggling with substance use disorder. When staff know their children are safe and cared for, they can focus fully on the work of recovery. Your role helps create that stability.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking someone who:

  • Is consistent and dependable
  • Has experience with childcare, babysitting, or caregiving
  • Is comfortable following licensing guidelines
  • Can pass a state and federal background study
  • Is willing to obtain required training and CPR certification

This position may be especially well suited for someone semi-retired or looking for steady part-time work in a structured environment.

Why This Role Matters

Strong recovery programs are built on strong teams. Strong teams rely on stability at home. Childcare may seem simple, but it plays a critical role in supporting the people who support others.

If you are looking for part-time work where reliability matters and your presence makes a difference, we encourage you to apply.
