Now Hiring: General Staff Accountant

Granite Falls, MN | Full-Time | $20–$27 per hour (DOE)

Project Turnabout is hiring a full-time General Staff Accountant to support our accounting team at our Granite Falls location. This role is an important part of our day-to-day operations, helping ensure our financial systems run smoothly and accurately.

What You’ll Do


The General Staff Accountant supports daily accounting functions, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. In this role, you’ll help process payroll, manage invoices and payments, assist with billing and payment posting, and maintain accurate financial records.

You’ll also support account reconciliations and month-end close activities, working closely with the accounting and finance team to ensure all work aligns with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). This is a hands-on role that contributes directly to the organization’s financial stability.


What We’re Looking For


We’re seeking someone with a working knowledge of GAAP and experience or familiarity with payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential.

Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel is preferred. An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is helpful, as is prior experience in an accounting or finance support role.


Pay, Schedule, and Location


This is a full-time, on-site position based in Granite Falls, Minnesota.
Pay ranges from
$20 to $27 per hour, depending on experience.
