NOW HIRING: Women's Unit Supervisor

Lead a Program That Invests in Women and the Clinicians Who Serve Them

Project Turnabout is seeking a Women’s Unit Supervisor to lead and support our 27-bed residential women’s program.

This is a leadership opportunity for a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor who believes that strong programs are built through strong supervision, thoughtful clinical practice, and support for both clients and staff.

About the Role

The Women’s Unit Supervisor provides day-to-day clinical and operational leadership for a residential women’s treatment unit serving up to 27 clients. This role is responsible for guiding clinical staff, supporting high-quality treatment delivery, and helping create a stable, respectful, and growth-oriented environment for both clients and counselors.

This position is ideal for:

  • An experienced supervisor looking to lead a well-established program
  • Or a seasoned LADC ready to take the next step into supervision with support and professional development

Position Details

  • Title: Women’s Unit Supervisor
  • Salary: $65,000–$75,000 annually, depending on experience
  • Program: 27-bed residential women’s treatment unit

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) credential
  • Supervisory experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong clinical judgment and a collaborative leadership style
  • Interest in mentoring staff and contributing to program growth

If you are a clinician who has been thinking about stepping into supervision but wants guidance, training, and a supportive leadership structure, this role was designed with you in mind.

Our Commitment to Staff Development

Under new clinical leadership, Project Turnabout is placing a renewed emphasis on:

  • Ongoing professional development
  • Clinical supervision and mentorship
  • Supporting counselors as they grow into leadership roles

We believe supervision is a skill that can be taught and strengthened. We are committed to investing in the right candidate who is motivated to grow.

Benefits That Support Real Life

We understand that accepting a leadership role often involves more than just a job change. To support that transition, we offer:

  • Relocation assistance
  • Child care support
  • Temporary housing options
  • Designation as a rural student loan forgiveness facility, which may help reduce educational debt over time

These benefits are designed to remove barriers and make it possible for strong clinicians to say yes to the right opportunity.

Why Project Turnabout

Project Turnabout is a mission-driven organization focused on innovative, effective substance use disorder treatment. Our programs are built by experienced clinicians who care deeply about quality, ethics, and continuous improvement.

We are intentional about creating environments where:

  • Clients receive thoughtful, person-centered care
  • Staff feel supported, respected, and challenged to grow
  • Leadership is collaborative and clinically informed
