Project Turnabout is taking applications
for potential open positions for the following:
Counselors - Full Time
Project Turnabout
has an opening for a Counselor in the Primary Men's Unit.
We also have an opening in the Gambling Unit as a Certified
Gambling Counselor. Project Turnabout has been
offering full services at an affordable price for over 35 years for
people that struggle with addictions.
We have residential and non-residential 12-Step treatment programs
for people with chemical and gambling addictions at four locations in 4
counties. The persons we seek will be able
to build a rapport with clients, staff, referents, and the community; be
a self-starter, and a team player. A Bachelor’s degree is
preferred in a Human Services field with a
background in addictions; licensure as an
Alcohol and Drug Counselor is required.

Prevention Coordinator
This position is a full time position that covers a 27 county
region of Southwestern Minnesota. The successful candidate will
collaborate with communities in assessing and identifying community
needs, developing a plan for prevention, and establishing and
maintaining prevention programs in their communities. You should have
excellent verbal and written communication skills, be a self-starter,
must have excellent facilitation and organizational skills, be able to
do public speaking, and be an advocate and role model for prevention.
Extensive travel is required. You must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a
related field, be able to pass a DHS criminal background study, be free
from chemical/gambling use problems for at least two years. |
